Ah yes, The Super Skunk reminds me of my younger years when we happened to get our hands on some of the nice sticky, stinky bud back in the day!! Roughly 8 weeks to go J

In the 4x8 I have 9 vegged for 7 weeks, 4 skunk vegged for 3 weeks and 2 skunk clones Clones vegged foe 3 weeks. When I was training 1 had two clippings so I dipped them in miracle grow hormone powder, stuck them in dirt and sure enough both of them took root and now growing like crazy, didn’t think they would ever root. For a total of 15 skunk in the 4x8

The 4x8 tent is now packed end to end, The 2 clones I decided to grow out for one big Cola. The 4 Super Skunks in the one gallon pots is to see how they grow out being only 3 weeks old and to completely fill the tent.

Has anyone grew the Super Skunk before and how did flowering go? During veg it seemed to grow the best at 85 to 90 and humidity 70 to 75%. “ Was shooting for a high temp of 85 and 65% humidity” But they really seems to like the higher temps and humidity, nice and perky. These plants really drink a lot love fluids, even in dirt the girl are dry in 24 hours to the point of starting to droop. Hope now that I flipped the in flower I hope to only water every other day or every 3rd day

The vegging is over, now the hard part to finish without to many issues.

I will shoot to update weekly, if I missed anything info let me know. Again thanks for the help and advice on my last grow (Blue Dream) even with all of the issues growing in coco the harvest finished decent, could only imagine if I had grew correctly

Pics to follow

Thanks, Randy

PS Soil temp has been around 70 degrees with PH of 6.8

So far so good, they are looking really healthy starting week 2 flower. Boy they are really starting to stretch so much that I decided to add a 3rd row of mesh netting. I have never grew Super Skunk, Has anyone grown ILGM Super Skunk and could tell me how much they stretch and how long do they stretch?

Modified Fox Farm WK 2 feeding, I only use the micro nutrients from Fox Farm
WK 2
Alaska Fish 5-1-1
Alaska Fish 0-10-10
Fox Farm Big Bloom
Fox Farm Micro Brew
Fox Farm Kelp
Silica

With the added Crab and lobster (5-3-0 slow release for calcium and magnesium) my NPK right now is 10-14-11. After they stop stretching I plan to drop the Alaska 5-1-1 for a NPK of 5-13-10.

Slowly but surly I want to be as natural feeding as I can be, I even use apple cider vinegar for PH Down and Baking soda. Any thoughts?

Nutrient PH has been 6.2 and 6.4, soil is 6.8.

Thanks, RD

Day 8 Flower update, now the hard part the flowering stage. Top dressed with worm castings and mycorrhiza

The girls are starting to stretch nicely and showing good pre-flower Now if I can make it to week 7 and start flushing out without any major issues

Week 8 I plan to split the stalks and start lowering the air and soils temps.

I forgot to list my water source, Water comes from my well that averages PH of 7.8 out of the tap. I keep a 15 gallon tank filled with the water with air pumps running 24/7 in that tank once a month I put in a filter bag with worm casting and that what I water in between feedings. I figure being in flower it will give the extra microbes and trace minerals they want and need. So far to me they seem to look really good and drinking like crazy, They are dry and ready for water every 24 hours.

Any thoughts on watering with worm water every time?? This is the 1st time with using worm water as a base.

Thanks, RD

I found balls on one of my 2 clones  Yep not sure why but she HERMIED. Im just glad I found it before it was to late

I could use some advice,

The stems on the fan leaves are a purple color. Is it early signs of phosphorus deficiency?

Here is a pic of the leaves and canopy, Thanks RD

End of Week 2 flower

Watering PH between 6.2 and 6.4, soil PH 6.9 Other than some purple stems on some of the fan leaves, so far so good.

When I trim or remove leaves, I chop them up and top dress in around the plants, in a week the leaves have eaten up. The TPS canopy, I spray the canopy between feeding but now complete at the end of 2 weeks.

The soil seems healthy and happy with a lot of Mycelium action, found a few mushrooms popping up, at least I assume that’s good. After week 2 the flower is stacking up real nice, only 6 weeks to go

End of week 3, only 5ish weeks to go and they are stacking nice

Week 4 Feeding
Alaska 5-1-1 1 tsp per gallon
Alaska Fish 0-10-10 1
Fox Farm Big Bloom 3
Fox Farm cal mag 1
Worm Tea

Tricomes

not super frosty yet but they are starting

End of week 4

Had 2 plants hermie on me , had a heat issue to correct. Other than that these girls are smelling really dank and a hint of sweet. Quite the skunky pungent smell

End of week 8. I have flushed and now only watering for all of week 8, split the stalks. Now going into week 9 I am watering with ice water at 60 to 65 to bring out the colors and lower soil temps. LAST week!!
