I think that’s for Advanced nutrients products.
I run GH trio at full strength.
@neofirebird do you use this chart exactly how it is?
Thanks
When I grew in coco, I had to monitor and adjust. I actually fed according to the plants needs. Meaning, if I felt full strength was too much then I would just cut the formula. She’ll tell you if full strength is too much. You’ll notice the tips of the leave start to turn a little yellowish. ![]()
Out of likes but what @neofirebird said! ![]()

Yes, be mindful no silica or Cal mag until week two I believe. Mix each in order. I’ll detail it out of you want…
Thank you. I think Im good here for now. We’re about 5 weeks in and have been using the Silica and CalMag, I have had no changes to any leaves but will start increase in the next few days at water change.
I have RapidStart but havent used it…should I start?
I think you’re on a good track. Remember, you can always add more nutes if you see they are needing more. Sometimes less is more and sometimes not. ![]()
Sorry not sure about the rapidstart.
Rapid start is for roots usually early on in growth. Not sure you’d need it now save for next grow ![]()
The. Chart I posted is for GH actually he just uses AN boosters Ontop of it.
He simplified the naming because all 3 part bottled nutrients are a grow, micro and bloom. Basically but if @Not2SureYet has time Mayne he can post a guide on his GH usage /feed chart before he forgets it as he’s switching to Jack’s but has grown MONSTERS for. Years with GH and he’s a well respected grower within this community.
Thanks @Nicky My chart is as @Nicky says. For how I use GH nutes. I run it at about 1/2 in flower for autos. And 3/4 for photos. Please take note. This is how I feed. Not what GH recommends. The main difference is. In flower. They say cut back for the Grow. You will see that I double it. My grow right now is showing me why. I am trying it as it should be and have a serious N deficiency. I went back to the chart Nicky posted and things are returning to normal.
I have seen a lot use the rapid start. it killed all my seedling every time I tried it. I was only doing autos at the time. Just my 02 but I think there are a lot of other stuff out there that do much better. I like Tribus and Nicky like Fish shit. There are many more out there. If the Rapid start works for you. I would see no reason to change. All our grows work different for us as with others.
I do use the AN supplements. Big bud coco is my favorite though
I increased that amount of nutrients by about double + and the ppm was only at 500, last time was 420. I was surprised wasn’t higher. pH is 5.3. Once you put all these in order, can to go back and increase some of the doses even if not in order but thorougly mixed. Realized water temp is 50 so ordered a water heater…and started some LST training.
Very nice looking. Awesome job! ![]()

In the GH nutes the nitrogen is in the micro… quite a bit as well… ![]()

Your plants are looking nice and healthy there ![]()
@neofirebird
You have no idea how many times I have looked at this here and it never registered to me. Even when I wrote things down. Thank you for that. I have been looking back at this picture for years too. Maybe I am cross eyed?
That means all these years I have been really been shoring the N.
Can some of the larger leaves be removed at this stage? Really covering up new growth!
@neofirebird @HappyHydroGrower @Nicky @Myfriendis410 @Not2SureYet
There is no reason to even start to think about removing leaves yet. But the answer would be no. Not for a good while. The plant needs the lager fan leaves to grow. Most you see remove them do so about 3 weeks into flower. ![]()
I agree with @Not2SureYet

Agreed with above.
Try taking pictures with lights off flash on so we can see the true colors of your leafs as they look unhealthy in that light
Tuck them big ones the exposed sites will thank you. ![]()
