Is that really close to their bed time If so thats normal also certain leaves will point at angles if it thinks they’re getting more light that way

4380 PPM? That is really high and you can see some nute burn on the plant. I suggest a flush and then proceed feeding lightly going forward. I’m not sure what fertilizer product you are using, but most nute sellers have feed schedules that are too aggressive. Fox Farm nutrients, for instance, does this. Some growers (self included) only feed at 50% of the recommended strength such that you have runoff PPMs ~1,000 PPM.

Is the bud size normal for this week in flowering… I’ve been wondering if I need to add co2 to increase the yield
CO2 isn’t going to help with the light you have. CO2 demands intense light levels to make a difference.
Flower size looks okay.
