And the 4th has been designated as my “experimental plant” ill be doing a combination of different training techniques on it such as LST, super cropping and topping. Im open to other suggestions on things i can try if anyone has any I’ve obviously already started the lst and have super cropped one branch
I like it, try a bunch of new things. I am in a grow similar to you. I held a vegging plant back to get some cloning experience. The clones and mom were grown in the corners of the tent in my auto grow. When the autos were harvested I super cropped the mom, and let the clones catch up. It worked pretty well, have an even canopy. They are 4 weeks since light flip. Still pretty new but more confident than my first few. I do top all of my plants. Trying my hand at reg seeds this grow. Good luck.
I bent any branch above the net on the big plant and just kept tucking under the net. When the clones caught up I flipped the lights. Mother is the big plant front right, each of her 3 stalks is equal to a clone’s stump coming out of ground. This grow was not planned but when I realized I could do a quick flower run, I figured out how to do it .
Dropping an update. I super cropped a second branch and topped two branches im going to give it a few days to recover but before I do any more high-stress training
But shes pretty hardy for having been the runt of the liter so to speak
So frankenplant is wall to wall in my vegg tent im going to pull her out on sunday and top any branch that hasn’t been topped including the branches I super cropped I’m not sure about the time frame on flowering her I’m pretty loaded up on strawberry cough but i have some do-si-do auto and some black cat kush photo I want to get growing but I have to finish this run first
Topped her remaining branches and supercropped the first branch I originally Topped from here I’ll let her grow out for a bit and make a few decisions about what to do next
Franken plant is still recovering from the toppings i did but has remained hardy and vibrant shes shown a slight bit of new growth and i just gave her a feeding so im expecting an explosion of growth in the next few days
