First 2 pics are the strange growing clones,at first I thought they dried out but that doesnt explain the single leaf formations,then I figured It looks like revegging but i checked my lights and they are accurately cycling at a 18/6 schedule and my BB#3 mother plant is week 6 veg. The next 2 pics are the other successfully rooted clones from the same batch,they fully rooted in 12 days and stayed green the entire time. I took 14 clones at week 4.5 of veg from mother plant. The last 2 pics are of my Bruce Banner #3 mother freshly scrogged in a 6 gallon pot. BB3 soil is black gold,ff ocean forest,happy frog with mycrorhizae,perlite,Bio-boosters,worm castings,powdered eggshells and various dry amendments. Im not sure what happened to these 2 clones all the others are ok no similar signs. Please help me figure out what happened so I can prevent it in the future and hopefully correct these 2

You can get all sorts of mutations. Single leaf is quite common

Do u know why it forms the single leaf ?? Only 2 of 14 fully rooted clones show these mutations ,mother never hit flower so im stumped…was it an error on my part or just nature?

Just nature. Here re a few of my mutations:
On the same plant I had 1, 3, 4 and 10 fingered leaves!
One I had variegation (half leaf almost white, other half green, other leaves had “spots” of white and green
Tri-leaf seedlings.
Leaves where the fingers literally grew together
a bud-site coming right out of the center of a fan leaf.
Who knows? It was never on the entire plant and sometimes only on one branch.
Nature is fun and I’m sure many growers here have seen much weirder things.

If I don’t know or I’m not sure, I will tag more experienced growers here. There are lot of posts coming in every single day and the moderators do their absolute best to make sure everyone gets attention. I imagine, they won’t respond if it looks like someone else has you covered.
Also I travel a lot for work so I many not respond right away but I try.

First are the 2 strange leaf clones they seem to be growing out of it and then its the mother all the clones came from , impressive growth the last 2 days
Glad to see they are growing out of it! Right now I have some Miracle Alien Cookie Clones that look like miniature palm trees! The stem I cut them was a pencil lead thin and very woody. When they started rooting their stems plumped up and started spitting our weird protrusions.
Getting ready to transplant her today.

Yup they seem to be pulling out of it but still no awnsers Whoa thats def a crazy one!!! It does look like a stumpy palm tree lol, I would love to see how that one grows out. Can you zoom in on the protrusions you mentioned I cant see too well but they look like black stems almost ?? Very weird and very cool
It looked those things were trying to send out leaves at first and then they dried up. This girl is going into a 3-gallon in case I decide to grab more clones. I don’t know if she will grow out of the weirdness. I kind of hope she doesn’t because that stem is so wild.

They finished completely normally. Eventually they ll god mostly the regular leaves in the end. So they out-grew it.
