I see worms zoom in and look for the webswlike spider wedd its from a catrapillar larva from the egg of a moth . Its mold from the worm poop. I could be very wrong but maybe not . I get the same random problem . Once i see it I treat it with captain jacksdead bug

Thank you all for the information, i did spray them with water and peroxide mix, now 2 days past and shes looking perfect, no brown spots at all, i also made bigger air flow so i think i managed to save her because i spoted it very early.
