Hi all, my grow started a few weeks ago with some regular seeds and ilgm autoflowers. Any suggestions are welcome. Currently on a 18/6 hr light cycle.
Oh boy here come the good times! Let them roll!
Welcome to the community! Let the growing begin
Hi there @Grower_Babe and welcome to the neighborhood. I would say it looks like you’re off to a good start, it’s hard to tell what’s really going on with the blurple lights on so f there is a problem it’s camouflaged
You are going to want to flip those quickly or cull out the weaker ones or you are going to have a really crowded tent.
Happy growing and welcome to the forum.
what does that mean?!?!?! LOL! My plan is to remove the two AK-47 because they will take longer to mature and I may have a male in there, so don’t want to contaminate. I will also be adding another auto flower in the next 2 days.
Welcome @Grower_Babe
This is only 3 autoflowers of different stages in a 32x32 tent. The one in front was really crowding the other2.
I had to “modify” my tent and opened one side so it is about 32x48 now. The bigger plant on the right was spread out more (LST) and has since been harvested.(got right at 1/4lb from her)
Welcome to the community!
My personal “style” has consistently produced plants about 24-30" tall and wide measured from base of stalk.
I think everyone is expressing their concern over size of grow space, number of plants and light. More plants in a small space requires pruning and training. Photos take to it much better than autos. You often hear grow autos because they are easy and smaller. This is not my experience. Once you learn how to grow them, you can be very successful. For me the auto learning curve was too steep. I much prefer the pruning and training applied to photos so that is the direction I have gone.
If you have a 2x2 tent you can easily fill it up with one plant. If you want two, you will have to manage the size and shape of the plant to accommodate the tents dimensions. Including its height after taking pots, risers and light hanging distance into account.
Good luck. It is a blast. My recommendation for newcomers is keep is small and keep it simple. That is, limit numbers, grow the same strain and don’t mix autos and photos.
Welcome, and happy growing, and I agree with @beardless great luck to you.

aaah, thanks, welp…looks like I’ve over committed! LOL!
This is my 2nd official grow, first indoors, and I had some photo seeds leftover from last year. (last year’s grow was TRASH!) Started them before I assembled the tent and just threw them in there. The plan is to remove those, but it will still be crowded in there. Thanks!
welcome to the forum community. I’m sure you’ll find a creative way to make it happen with what you’ve already started happy growing
