Neem oil will work in veg. If in flowering you will want to use something like Capt. Jacks Deadbug.

welcome. I use same method for grow room as rest of the house. suck the little suckers up in the shop vac. Bug give me the hebegebes anyways… all those legs and fact they gonna eat me when I go.
