Still no answer

Okay so I’ve sent two emails to the company and haven’t heard anything at this point I’m just going to go elsewhere because obviously the “100% seed germination” thing isn’t true . Pretty unprofessional

What kind of seeds were they. Most of the seeds thru here are good seeds. There are bad batches everywhere. They will get back with you when they get to your order. Ive been thru it. If u send harsh emails most likely will prolong the experience as they wont be harsh to you. Ive been here in ur shoes i know how it is. Hell i have 7 trainwreck seeds that didnt germ and need to go back. Good luck hope they get back to u soon.

That’s good to hear hopefully hear something back , cause I definitely planning on being a repeat customer cause I did get them quick etc… and @Mark0427 they were blueberry autos some took others not , I’m very happy with the way the others are growing I will say that lol , just hope something happens as I paid pretty good money :man_shrugging:

People need to understand that not every seed is going to germinate and that its not always the seed it could be user error also. I’ve always gotten my seeds. I fact I just got in 40 of them yesterday(Bruce banner and skittles) my last germ of skywalker og 9 out of 10 germed. The 10th was going to germ but I got impatient after the second day and cut it in half but lo and behold of was full of root.

I understand completely but it says clearly 100% percent so I’m just trying to get my money’s worth and I did everything correct per the website :man_shrugging:

Yes on the ones that didn’t germ they send replacement .especially if your nice they might even send a few extras for the hassle. Its there busy season most likely but they will get back to you. Think of all the people ordering seeds. They don’t have 100s of workings filling orders probably just a handful. Just be patient

Blueberry Auto??? Wonderfully… Got five seeds three weeks ago, guess what… Yep, nothing… Put on request last week and still awaiting a reply…

I remember her from my first order placed. Double charged my bank, my fault, but was resolved very quickly. Thanks again Stacy :clap:

Be polite in emails, include photos of your germ process. Since you followed the instructions? They will respond and help you, that I can 100% vouch for in my contact with customer service.

I believe I did yes and yeah I haven’t heard anything since April that was you guys answering that my seeds were shipped , I would just like to know what’s going on please

Hell there were alot of ppl getting like 2 and 300 dollar credits for messed up seeds. Be patient lol
