Day 27 Flower - Looking like 2 diff phenos
@Lostgirl soil question. One of the seeds is starting to fade from the bottom. Very slowly. But I didn’t lollipop this one as much as the other. Do you see fades like this around this point in flower?
Those are pretty much the lowest leaves on the plant which is very normal to consume the nutrients first and start to yellow and fall off first as well. If you notice much more post another picture but it looks normal just with those few leaves.
Thank for the sanity check.
My canopy gets a 0/10 compared to this guy but nuggets are looking swell, or should I say swole. Smell can only be described as Graple Syrup. It’s purps + honey + sugar. Hope to god it cures out like that.
They are pretty. Have a good one.
Is this normal fade or should I give a tiny little boost of potassium phosphate? Got about 3 weeks left
What fade? I’m seeing color change coming in. Fade (senescence) is yellowing, K def damage, and dropping leafs as nutes get cannibalized.
So you think it’s just color change?
Ok. The leaves are feeling a dry, thats normal at this point too?
@Budbrother covered you on color. The leaf rolling is likely environmental conditions, what’s the temp, humidity, and light DLI?
Doc got you here. It’s either vpd off or light intensity. I don’t see them trying to shy away so I bet enviro dry
This was my thought as well, however I
it’s think it’s partially genetics. The leaves started tacoing long ago. I’m keeping VPD low for late flower (1.3) canopy temp is 84, unfortunately can’t lower it. PPFD is 950. I started raising the light a flew clicks a day a few days ago.
Keep in mind the plant next to it has none of these issues and is actually closer to the light, this is the key.
My first thought is the temps from what you said. And some plants will take more than others!
@Growdoc dry doc question.
Once you complete your cycle and move to jars, do you notice it is still breaking down chlorophyll when you crack the jars? A grassy smell for a few days?!
Do you burp them or just seal them immediately?
The grassy smell is usually strong the third or fourth day in mine, after drying, I switch to 60 degrees and 60 percent humidity for a week to cure. This last run had no chlorophyll gas off once in jars, and smell is very nice, the Cherry Pie smells just like juicy fruit gum. I still check them occasionally to make sure humidity is dead on, and to just nose test them, I can’t get enough of the smells ![]()
