Just planted my first seeds today. I have a 125 watt cfl in a 2.5X2.5X6 grow tent. I soaked 4 seeds for 24 hours and then I planted them in coco loco and watered them with 4oz of water 6.4 pH and put them underneath the light. Oh yeah 2 white widow and 2 ak47. This is my setup.

Looks good, don’t over water. Make sure you have holes in the bottom of your cups!

Hey, welcome! I’m a new grower too and started off similarly to how you mentioned. The biggest thing I’ve read so far is being careful not to overwater- I’m using a spray bottle at the moment. I’ll be following your progress!

The set up is pretty good. I agree, put drain holes in the cups. Also I would raise the cups off the floor. Cold settles low and the seeds/seedlings like warmth. When I plant seeds or start clones I put them on a heating pad on the same timer as my lights. If you enjoy a full body high with a good couch lock, you will love that widow! One of the strains I grow. Keep us informed!

I have drain holes in the cups you just can’t see them I’m about to buy a bucket though so I can raise them up from the floor that’s the only thing that I missing
That should do the trick! I even keep my girls up on flower pot trivets throughout their life. The kind with casters (wheels) to easily move them for inspection and training.

I had a 4x4 i now have a 4x7x8 room i built but only have 5 plants in the room and 5 autos in a spare bathroom
