Need help. Will be using Fox Farm Happy Frog Potting Soil mix and a living soil concentrate mix for my first grow of white widow auto feminized seeds. Can I plant my cracked seeds with tap root directly in this soil or is it to hot. If so, is there a soil to use that is better for the seedling?
Yes - Fox Farms Light Warrior is intended for starting seeds. If you are intending to transplant, you can then move them into the Happy Frog soil.
I use a 3 layer system, so that my roots grow from Light Warrior into Happy Frog and finally Ocean Forest:

Thanks for your help. Except for the Ocean Forest, thats the way I was going to plant. About a 16 oz size solo cup Light Warrior then Happy frog. Whats your thoughts on Ocean Forest? Have you had problems with knats?
Nope, no issues at all. I think it’s a great soil - it’s pretty popular around here.
Thanks, maybe reconsider Ocean Forest as my grow media.

Canna terra pro is a great medium also, use it from seedling to harvest, no problems.
