Spots have progressed

This is an auto does the 1/3 still apply to autos? And thank you for the clarification the pre flower term always confused me.

Some do. Some don’t. It’s up to you.

Auto I leave a very solid canopy all the way. Short veg time compared to my photo. I clean up like mentioned. Clear inside of wasted limbs and leaves then let it go. I myself do little defoliating after my stretch trim. These get their haircut tonight as stretch is done mostly.

Appreciate it, a lot of people act like any form of training is detrimental to autos is why I ask.

The main concern with training autos is the stress induced when you have no idea when the plant may flower. Autos are also more susceptible to stress. That said, trimming isn’t all that stressful for a plant. The folks that raise this are referring to more stressful training such as topping.

Those filled out beautifully for autos, how old?

They are photo. I only add auto into veg tent. I am experienced and have no issue with auto but my medical circle cant be fed with them. At flower auto and photo are exactly the same. EXACTLY. The differences stop right there. Was just showing the veg I leave till flower. Tonight they will look totally different. Cleaner.

Interesting. How so?

Look forward to seeing it cleaned up, I highly debated running a photo after these two autos to see the yield difference. I would do it in the big pot as well because I recall someone saying bigger the pot can veg for longer.

Photos produce more consistently than autos will.

Well damn a no brainer then just hope my training is on point because my tents only 5’2.

Cant getem big enough…lol. the auto in my veg tent tide us over but the photos produce the volume for edibles/oils and flower. Tried pure auto runs but came up short. Back to clones for a while. Faster turn in sogs. Cutting my windows down a month. Still will add an auto or 2 during flower. They dont mind 12/12.

Just swung by because I like the title lol. Your plants don’t look that bad, healthy new foliage. I’m dealing with nute burnt new foliage in my grow. It’s no fun to watch. Wishing you happy growing gromie

:joy: thanks for stopping by. Are you on your first grow as well? I think that adds to the stress factor, I am just thankful no one mentioned any fungus or root issues because I would probably be SOL. I have some nitrogen toxicity if you look at the larger plants in new growth so I know to not feed anymore until it finishes. Good luck to you too growmie

I feel like a complete newbie again, my first grow is recorded here 2017, but I got lost somewhere, plants all died. I’m back from a two year hiatus and have new lessons to learn still, like calmag lol. One happy plant one unhappy plant. I just restarted my original grow journal. My beginnings are hilarious

Top pic looks good! Bottom could use some magnesium and potassium. I just went back and looked closer, top pic is just starting to show magnesium deficiency also, the slight yellowing between the veins is mag, the yellow leaf edges is potassium….

Update:

Noticed one of my leaves yellowing in the middle now and the spots have gotten darker. This yellow spot wasn’t here yesterday so only a couple of hours this happened.

Just have a hard time believing this is normal happening to both my plants at the same time. Different strains and ages. It needed a watering last night so I gave a little more cal mag. But I guess I didn’t water enough because I had no runoff so will have to wait again to see

The other plant

Three people told me this is normal fading/aging of leaves but I’m a new grower and have hard time seeing it. I thought they yellow back from leave tips and then brown not what’s happening. This isn’t me denying someone’s diagnosis I’m just an overthinker. Could this be fungal?
