Spider mites or soil mites? (Help)

Found these on one plant after watering. They were attracted to the yellow.

Watching videos they look like soil mites.

The plants are pretty small right now so treatment wouldnt be hard if they are bad

Looks like soil mite. Spider mites that size would either have two spots on them or be red colored.

Not a spider mite could be some kind of aphid

I don’t know what it is but depending on how fast it moves if it’s good or not.
I did Google lens on it and it says it’s some type of mite.

Nematodes is what i would suggest they well help kill larvae in your soil and ladybugs happy growing

Lady bugs are predatory. They kill all kinds of bugs i buy them off Amazon 1500 for around $20
