@Dave101 gotcha.

@Tazzie hey if you havnt sparyed up yet here a great way to get the mites out with out sparying them so late in flower … Vacuum the plant with your nozzle attachment works great trust me just vacum the plant until there gone and continue to until harvest if have to if you spray neem your diffenantly leave an after taste on your bud

I would go with spinosad too. Then make sure to do thorough bud wash at harvest.

Dont spary the plant with anyrhing at this point just vaccum its works ive seen plants covered from top to bottom fixed right up end of story

really…i just bought a 2 and a half gl. wet vac…so just like vac them away …cause i havent sprayed and havent even gotten the neem oil yet…and that wont damage the bud

ill try it first thing in the morning…question though …just cut down 3 plants today that are auto’s trying to save them…but i should vac them to

@Covertgrower can u shine a lil light

Yeah vac the entire grow area also and any plant that has um

thanks HeaveyRoller ive got 8 pjants 3 mid size Auots and the rest are like big 1 lb. plants …lol…its going to tave some time but well worth it if it works…ill keep you posted

@Tazzie go easy with the vacuum. It does work and very well. If it’s new then it will have a mega suction on it, the nozzle will increase that suction and your plant will disappear. I have an old bit of tube with a hole in it to decrease the suction to a level that is manageable. The hole can be covered with my thumb if I need more suction. I use peppermint oil on my mites, there’s a thread on here somewhere. Works very well and isn’t toxic :sunglasses:

If you’re harvesting in 10 days, spinosad will knock some numbers down, but it won’t eliminate them. Spinosad is safe for flowering. Neem oil as mentioned by Unknown (cool screen name BTW) will ruin your flowers.
I wouldn’t vacuum the plants, the trichomes are delicate.

Yeah the vac has saved countless pounds to loss haha awsome non evasive tricomb loss is very minimal win win never spay a plant that has webs once the spray hits the web its breaksdown right on the bud its loss no mater what you spary so yeah vac is the way lol glad it worked out @Tazzie

thanks HeavyRoller… my neem oil was delivered yesterday…question i have my next round of plants that are about3 wweks old to just seedlings will the mites attack them and is it safe to use neem oil or vac them too

It’s safe as long as it’s right before lights out.
