I say hell yeah 
but also a digital microscope comes in handy so it is exactly where you want it for bloom. I like all my sacs tan with some explosions

Kinda - she’s got more time because she’s immature, and it’s the existence of a lot of white pistils that tells us that she’s still immature.
Over time her pistils (white hairs) will change color (to gold/brown/red) and will curl up and recede back into the calyx…even then…she may not be ripe. This is however, a clear indicator that you need to be checking the trichomes…

Actually thats my phone camera. I hace a microscope but i find it impossible to position it still enough to even look at the bud lol
I snip a tester bud, take to desk, use Microscope (on a stand), connect to computer, and dial in viewing. Not always easy and can be quite revealing.
