I never found out if the entire plant needs to get coverage from the UV lights or just the light hitting parts of the plant is enough to trigger a response in the entire plant. I have looked for an answer online can’t find anything about it

This is a good question. If you ever find the answer, please let me know. I do know that you can run UVA from start to finish while in flower. I leave mine on the whole 12 hours from the start of 12\12 until finish. This was HLGs recommendation so I followed…

UVC/UVB on 1/2hr 4x during light on time

850w without UV height 12-16" above the tops

Input has been around 800ppm 7.6ph every event
all runoff has been around 1100ppm 6.7ph the couple times I checked
