So i have a 1000lbs of cow manure compost

That’s what i use for the stalk borrers. I spray that stuff heavy around the outside of my garden and everytime it rains i spray heavy on perimeter again. I also have rings made out of garden edging. The ring get dug into the ground about an inch and create another barrier for the not so mobile stalk borrers to get over. Plus i spray the ring with bt also. These stalk borrers do what their name implies and then once they bore into your stalk they literally eat their way to the top. If you can catch them as soon as they bore into your plant i can take a syringe and squirt bt in to kill them then the plant kind of absorbs the worm. Other than that i just got to cut out the part of the plant the worm is in

I’ll definitely get me some powered milk I’ve been trying to figure out a way to treat the soil that sounds like the way.

What’s your pH of plot? This would determine what approach to take. Do you need to go up or down?

@Budbrother maybe i should buy a ph tester. I’ve grown for 35+ and never owned one. Don’t even know how to use 1.

When you get one, probably gonna have to do a slurry test (look up), unless you get a soil probe type.

Man that is a lot of maintenance. I’m totally tired of takin care of just 3 at the moment.
You got a solid plan @David1974 and I hope they grow bigger than you hoped for. :+1:

I have 3 adult children who all help throughout the season plus their partners help occasionally. Also eventually cut out anything that is not a big top! So at the end of the season I’m only trimming big tops which trim allot faster than that small bullshit. This will be my first time ever growing autos. I’m sure I’m going to go through the school of hard knocks with them. But hopefully in the end i learn something about them and maybe get some decent cannabis

This is my 2nd season with autos. I’m starting to like them a lot. I didn’t find them any different than with photos. I just harvested my Orion F1 and it was way better than I hoped for, excellent buzz. And my LSD Auto is loaded with buds and she’s real close to harvest. I just like the shorter grow time. I don’t need a lot because it’s just me.

Well that’s real nice you have the extra help with yours and just keeping the big tops is the way to go.

Grow on bro. :+1:

Here’s a shot of the LSD Auto today. I took off some of the smaller buds but I should of taken more off.
