Slow growing seedlings not sure what to do next

One of them completely dried up and died I have one plant left I’m wondering should I transfer to a 3 inch pot with fox farm ocean? If I wanted to put in an organic medium is that possible since I started with fox farm light warrior I kinda worried that medium was too strong

@Luv716 I was actually thinking about the little ladies today. Not sure on the three inch pots. I use little starter pots, I’d say they’re 3x3x3. Actually start them in jiffy pellets then move to the little pots, wait to see roots showing at the drain holes then up pot to my 3 gal bags. Not sure what the lone survivor looks like right now so hard to give you any direction. I get lost from time to time so my direction may be skewed. Ok back to it. Jiffy pots to those small pots mixed 1/3 ffhf 2/3 ffof then I get my water schedule down from slight runoff to dry, I just used a scale and weighed dry and wet to make sure. This exact amount will help when you move them to the bigger pots, so they don’t get overwatered. I can’t speak to the organic soils as of yet though. Sorry it took me so long. Post up a pic and I may be able to help a little better.

The bottom leaves are dropping but it’s starting to grow now

@Luv716 your little plant looks happy to me. You do have the solo where it will drain? Right? I don’t know that I would move it yet. Let it get a little bigger. I probably would wait until the leaves reach out over the sides of the cup a little. Don’t worry about those bottom leaves they will fall off anyway at some point. The next set you have showing should be the more classic pot leaf with 5 blades. I figured out exactly how much water I needed to get to slight runoff and how often by weight, just use a small digital scale one weight dry one weight wet. Get it on a schedule and when you up pot you will know how much water to give so it doesn’t have wet feet in the bigger pot. Slowly add water as the plant grows from there. May be dry its hard to tell from here lol. If they are water and enjoy the grow. Its going to take off now I can feel it. Are you ph testing your water by the way? I probably asked

Thank you for the advice, it’s so appreciated. Yes I have holes in the bottom of the cup. No ph tester will get one tomorrow and a scale. I will not move it until
It grows thanks again for the advice.

@Luv716 maybe some visual will help a little too, it looked like you have the same drain pan under your cup that I used so roughly the same scale.

this was right before transplant.
they take off pretty fast once they get to their big home. I am roughly 2 weeks away from the chop now. Hopefully I’m leading you in the right direction. Having the ph proper on the water and soils are uber important, to my understanding just about the most important part other than lighting.

I just looked back through the thread and your. Little one is definitely putting on some size from the first pics. Oh and RIP to the downed little soldier. I’m going to drag a couple guys in here to make sure I’m giving you solid advice, definitely some super smart growers on here. @Unknown, @imSICKkid, @Holmes, @Covertgrower, @merlin44. Oh and hey guys check out my post with the images of my grow, the back two plants are showing me something, I feel like its a cal problem but only a couple weeks out now so should I try to correct it or just let the girls ride? Front right hermed on me, guess some seedy pot for me. Oh well better luck next crop.

I looks like you are a few days from repotting, wait until the leaves reach the edges of your cup. I would water, we don’t folks underwatering seedling very often. LOL

Good job so far @Luv716

I see that I missed a bunch of letters while typing with my brain turned off @Luv716 @Covertgrower , I am embarrassed.

I am certain that you got the meaning but I meant to write:
“…we don’t see folks underwatering seedlings very often.”

No worries brother. I think we gotcha, I was picking up what you were putting down sir. We’re on a marijuana growing site so I’d say I run around with my brain turned off most of the time lmao. Glad your in here to help get this plant going good, I’ve been doing my best to drop as much knowledge that I can, still being a noob. Oh and @Luv716 I managed to kill 11 plants on my first indoor attempt :flushed::frowning: so don’t fret you’ll get it.

Beautiful

It’s starting to grow so you all say when the leaves get a little bigger then repot in ff ocean mix with happy frog is this when I should start worrying about the nutrients! Also I received the ph meter from Amazon

@Luv716 looking better. I would wait until the leaves are out past the edges of the cup before repotting imo. Others may say different, everyone definently have their own methods. the ff soils are normally good for about 4-5 weeks before you need to feed. Look back up through this thread at my pics and you will see how big I let them get before potting up. The last pic in the little starter pots was right before I up potted to the 3 gal fabric pots. I may very well be incorrect in my timing on that but it seemed to work for me. I also only used the big bloom, grow big and tiger bloom trio on this grow as far as that chart reads that I posted earlier for you. And I started at week 5 with feedings. Start slow on the feed 1/2 strength and see how they like it. I just jumped straight in at full strength at week 5 and mine handled it but I can’t speak to how yours will handle the nutes. Hope I’m helping and not making it more confusing. How old is your plant by the way? I may have already asked. Merry Late Christmas!

Ok thanks for everything will follow your lead. I really appreciate the advice. Merry Late Christmas :christmas_tree: to you also. Thanks

The plant is about a month old

Oh lawd it’ll be like the blind leading the blind. Definitely search around too man and drag some of these other guys in here to help. Just throw the ol @ in front of some names, they will be along shortly too. I’m coming up on my first harvest indoor in about a week lol still super nube but I read and try to learn every day.

She looks a little small for a month but we knew there was something going on. Keep it going till it gets a little bigger and pot it up. It’ll take off like crazy soon.
