I would get the solo cups full of it and give it a feeding of the Jack’s formula until you get good runoff to precharge the coco. If your running pure coco then I would let the cups dry out a couple days before putting the germinated seed in

I’m actually germinating in promix hp and I’m going to transplant them in to coco
I’m going to be using 3 gallon pots so should I fill the 3 gallon pots and then run some water with jacks 321 until I get some run off and let them sit for a day or two and then transplant them?

Nah I wouldnt worry about it then. Because whenever you go to 3gal your going to give the pot a good feeding once you transplant it

I’m way late here and there are many ways to grow, sick is of course giving you tons of info so I’ll just ad a bit for your own knowledge.
Coco can be used strait, this like said will hold more mosture which can be an issue for new growers until they learn not to overwater.
I often suggest 30% min perlite as it aids in the reduction of over watering potential as well it’s said to aid air to the roots.
If you want to water less use pure coco, I personally use 50/50 because mine are bottom fed in autopots.
You can put your promix plants in coco yes not an issue at all both are soilless mediums with a hydor PH

Dropped another 6 seeds straight into coco next to some clones I took. I’m keeping the male Neville’s Haze around(he stacks really well) and do a pollen collection.

When you clone do you soak the coco before hands or soak it when you plant clone and water solo?
