Yes. Wait for the white pistils to have mostly curled in and turnd to orange/brown/red as they may, then look at trichs:

How many weeks have they been flowering for and do have a microscope or jewelers loop to check trichomes if u can get a better pic of trichomes a close up pic that would be good

The plant has been flowering for 11 weeks. Pistils have changed colors 2 or 3 time.

Watch the video. You have a 3-4 week window where your bud will be between 92-100% of it’s max potency (weeks 7-11 with 7 weeks being about 92%, 8 weeks about 100% and losing about 2-3% every week after).

How do the trichomes on the buds look? You’re looking for mostly cloudy with amber just making a showing.
The trichomes are barely turning colors but the pistils are starting to darken up
If you’re looking for couch lock, give it a week or better.
Forget the pistils. Amber in the trichomes is what you want.
So just hurry and wait. Lol
Just let it do its thing and just keep and eye on it.
