Too early to tell with it huh? … it’s stunted also… deciding if it should be sacrificed soon for room or not.,.

Well it’s like a month old… it’s starting to slowly come along… but the bushier one on front left was planted same day…

And the one you took pics of was which? Middle top?
All of em grow different at different rates. Some things veg painfully slowly and then go absolutely gangbusters when they flower.
Autos or photos?
If autos (and all you have is autos) I’d probably just wait it out. If they’re all photos, it might be worth taking a clone or two of the faster growers. That way you can wait it out while the clones take root and if the slow growers aren’t up to snuff, you can rotate them out with the clones.
I don’t deliberately ditch healthy females, but I will trash males or herms in a heartbeat.

Okay ,so yes It is th one in middle back, and they are all autos except the one in question, along with their big sister, shown here, all planted within one week of each other or so … new to this so…

Ah, yeah. Don’t stress out if the photos grow differently than the autos. The autos will usually start slow and just go nuts whenever they feel like it. Photos are so variable there’s no “golden rule” about how they behave. I have some that veg eternally slowly (I’m lookin at you, Ruby Juice) but some that just take off like rockets from the onset (Cinderella 99). Of course every seed is different - so if you like the way one of the photoperiods is growing, I suggest cutting clones from that one and preserving the genetics from her.
All feminized, or do you have any regular seeds in the mix?

Ummm the autos r feminized, the photo we are talking about is jus a chance one. I normally wouldn’t try it , but the strain was sooo good, and was one seed in a q.p. so I tried it…jus not willing to chance my other girls on a random seed that could herm. Or something and get them pregnant:)
So looking for any advice/ advanced notice or help before it would happen… I do appreciate all the input though , so thanks
Ahh. The faster growing one is male. Bet you $20.
But don’t take my word for it, that’s just an unfounded hunch. Baby them both, and when you flip to flower keep a watchful eye for the pistils. My males have usually been the stronger veggers and the quickest to stretch up over the top of the canopy.
When you flip, just tag me or @Low or @Hellraiser or @Newt or many, many of the other growers here to check out the progress of the flowering - Low has an especially keen eye for picking out male growth.

Yeah, I’m with you on the prediction. I read somewhere that the males tend to grow taller than the females so that the breeze can spread the pollen to more females.

Yeah I read that males grow faster n taller, but all the other plants are auto fems. It’s jus the little one in the middle back, of the first photo… but yeah I will definitely tag u guys once it’s grown more an we can tell, I’ve talked with some of the other regulars about other questions and my journal, but thanks for all the great input and help here… it’s awesome, wish we could all smoke

In general but this is very pheno dependent, which means it’s not always the case. Something to look out for though.

Males DO stretch faster. Much looser wider spacing. Also can pop on you fast if do not watch close. I missed 1 this round and 2 girls have seeds. Still getting fat and stinky. I have at least 3 males this time. Waiting for verification.

Lol. Had a lot of bag seed given to me. Planted the crap outa them. Last 9 were 5 males 1 hermie 1 i do not wanna live. This round looks like 4 males max. Watching hermie but expect 1. Next round back to feminized. @JaneQP hooked me up with some seeds. Thinking about these 420 deals. ILGM just doesnt have small variety packs YET. Looking around.
