Im roughly 3 weeks into flower on my autos im curious if i should do some more defoliating for airflow to avoid any issues budrot mildew etc?

I personally i wouldn’t i would control temperature humidity and air circulation so plant can you rest of leaves for energy.

I’d be fairly light with the defoliation, but you could do a little I think.

As you pull one then two you’ll see where the next 2 leaves need to come from. I wouldn’t pull more than probably 5 leaves and tuck a few more.

The ones near the trunk are not getting light now anyway, they are mostly just a drain on the buds.
I’d trim only lightly… Remove the bottommost leaves in the center that are the most in the shadows.

Clean her up just above the red line and remove the growth below And a few of the upper fan leaves
