See this lady? Just about flowering? She is a bit of a freak with a tumultuous past.
She is 2 months old and was underfed for a while, all of them, 5 plants, were underfed and underwatered, but she took the brunt of it, I got them all back but they still show some bruises, particularly the freak, having lost probably 60 70% of the leaves I even wondered if it was worth keeping. I kept her, and when she was ready and stronger, I put them all in the big tent, but I kept the lights 16/8 to get them healthy after the underfed and water.
The freak started flowering at 16/8; when I realised that I kept 16/8 for another 2 or 3 days and flipped them all, I was about to do it anyway.
Now, she looks ok…to a point:
What do you all think about that flower she displays?
Should I keep those medium-sized but bruised leaves? They are some of the last leaves of the plant that got previously sick.
I’d keep it, I would add some cal-mag, and some potassium. Take it from there, making sure of the PPFD so u know lightning is good during flower. I’d defoliate starting from the bottom. Not taking too much off. I would also give it some mycorrhizal/ “Recharge” for root system. Also keep eye on water pH (PS: Forza Italia)
Thank you!
Wonderful tips, i already adopted some.
And regarding the exfoliation from the bottom, here is the freak viewed from the bottom, i must be honest, idk if they are all gone because of the underfeeding thing or if i contributed to it, i think the latest .
I must have watched some video and she was tall and missing leaves underneath, i thought i coukd, what is it? Lollipot it?
I may also thought to gain some experience from it.
But really, look at the flowers, do they look ok? And why did she strred flowering at 16/8?
Also, should I keep those bruised leaves or take them off?
Someone in the Forum replied “ewwww” when they saw the flowers of the freak
What do you think? It was a different post a few days ago. Thu
Thank you
From what I can see/tell, you’re growing autoflower. This means the plant flowers by time, not by light schedule. Yes, u can remove but don’t remove too much as the plant will go into shock. The rusty spots
on leaves are just telling you she has a deficiency.
Idk, someone else asked me on a different post, then they explained the difference as well but i dont remember it.
I just do 16/8, I didn’t think there was much difference
Do you recall exactly where it came from? The leaves look like ruderalis/auto. The flowering at 16/8 is also an indicator. Sativa and Indica will usually begin to have 7 and 9 bladed fan leaves by flower time.
I can see what you mean; 5 leaves look like an auto.
As far as I know, they are all photos; I am checking my last order with Attitude Seeds Bank.
The 6 I paid were Girl Scout cookies. So they are photos, the freebies I am checking and the freak should be a 24K or Macaroon Gelato, could be a Lemon
Delight or Lemon Gelato, all photos,
IDK
Its possible they mixed seeds at the distributor? They leaf pattern and early flower say auto. You can maintain your light schedule for veg. The auto, if she’s an auto, will be indifferent and keep flowering.
Did you originally have this lighting at 12/12? Did you put it back into revenge?
The reason I ask someone mentioned that you have your light at 16:8 this will not flower a photo. Your plant below is in flower. If your lights have been 16 8 then it’s definitely an autoflower
