I see beautiful orange pistils, and without checking trichome colors with a microscope, I would say ballpark estimate says it’s ready.
With microscope, they look ready to me.

It can be hard to do but if you hold the loupe infront of your phone canera while using 2-4x zoom you should be able to see the trichomes closely enough to check for amber like this looking at it is easier then actually snapping a clear pic but it will show you what you need to see

I’d say you are in the window. A lot of growers report never seeing milky trikes by harvest. Just FYI.

I have a LOT of those. Spilled a 7 day pillbox full of different strains. For the last year before switching back to clones 80% of my plants have been no clue. Short Indica,Tall Sativa. Flowers an auto. Doesnt a photo. Weed.

Haha it does make it more challenging! Or frustrating hehe. I know 3 strains of the 8 plants in this 4x4. I also know it is 8 different strains! Who doesnt like flavor choices?

I tried with 2x camera zoom through the loop and heres my results. I need to try again with a stand and fans off!

Thats not bad i would kick it up to 4x zoom that should let you see the trics rember you can just use it to look you don’t need pics unless you want to take them I usually just do it for a visual check no pics

Awesome grow congratulations. Autos have been a favorite for me. Most of mine have been in the harvest window in 10 weeks some however up to 14. If you don’t have a microscope you should look at this type. Cost around $25 and give great pictures of your Trichomes.
