I have been finding a few seeds in bud from auto flower plants. I though auto flowers were females
You may have had a hermie or some nanners pop in your buds. It’s been known to happen. Many times someone who isn’t vigilant to watching development of buds closely, it will happen without ever realizing that it happened.
Totally agree with @Bulldognuts
Only females produce seeds but it takes pollen from either a male plant or a Hermie to pollinate it. Check your plants for nanners.
