In a new hydroponic system these seedlings were recently transferred from an incubator, each is showing a different symptom, yellowing and edges burn, not sure what the problem is?!
Water temperature is 20c pH is 5.5 and the 1100w led lighting is about 4 foot above the seedlings.
Please help! 2 previous attempts had almost similar results, one seedling remained as a seedling for months before dying last time!
Some hydro people will be along to help. For starters, you need to lower your light, your plant is stretching too much. If you can fill out this ticket, it will help folks assess.

Ya can’t run a successful hydro grow without a tds meter. Your nute line has who knows what in it. Looking like ppm May be thru the roof and mg deficiency. But I don’t follow most of standard ways of doing things, so take with a grain of salt.
Like @bryan notes, pick up the TDS meter ASAP. You can get them on Amazon or at a local garden/hydroponic store. There’s one here on my Amazon list. Amazon.com - Idea Lists
Also, the humidity for young plants needs to be about 70%. They will struggle at 16%. You can cut a 2 liter soda bottle in half and use it as a moisture dome for the plant.
I’m not going to sugar coat it, your plants are in tough shape. I wish I could help more, but I am not a hydro person.

It does appear some light may penetrate that net pot. How do roots look?

I think you would have more luck if you get a nutrient line that is ideal for what you are trying to grow, I use general hydroponics Flora trio and I see many people using Fox farms or advanced nutrients also.you also need some clay pellets or something similar in your net pots so light is not hitting your roots or your nutrient solution also I would recommend getting the pH up a little bit 5.8
Major nutrient burn and water logged would be my suspects and then lockout and death will follow…
You need a ppm meter asap …
Also how much water does the system hold and how much air are you pumping into it …?
How high is the water line under the plants…?
A ph of 5.8 to 6.4 is better for vegging
A ph of 5.5 to 6.0 is better for flowering

Got a TDS meter today, the reading is 680! I’ve had very good harvests before by roughly following standards but since my last successful harvest the lighting changed to LED and added a more powerful airpump!
The current setting on the lighting is: Red: 40, Blue: 99, White:99

@Gardenguy there’s only General Hydroponics or a local farmers mix where I’m at. General Hydroponics causes my pH to dramatically drop and takes a lot of effort to bring it back to normal even with an auto doser!
I bumped up the pH to 5.7 after adding pH up yesterday.
@peachfuzz the system holds 480 Liter/105.5 Gallon divided into 3 barrels, the air pumps 150 Liters/min into the two barrels that feed the the third barrel.
There’s about an inch of water in the bucket under the pot.
Yes the general hydroponics nutrients makes pH drop , I use r.o. water and it takes about a quarter ml. Of general hydroponics pH up for every .1 I need to go back up . it does take more for tap water
I have never used led lighting so I can’t help with that the more powerful air pump should only help
Water level should be 1 inch under net basket … do you have a pic of the whole system that your using?
It will help me give you better advice…
If you’ve been successful before , then we need to figure out what’s changed…
These are the things I changed since my last successful:
Increased pots from 2 to 5.
Changed the reservoir from 60 letters to 480.
Changed the air pump to a much larger one.
Installed a copper mesh at the bottom of the pots under the clay pebbles.
Changed the lighting from HPS to LED.
How does your water get returned back to your main barrels?
Also I thought that you mentioned a chiller?
Also it looks like you have pots inside of pots , what’s the purpose? Why not just use the little net cups by them selves?
It kinda looks more complicated than it has to be or I’m just not seeing everything in these pics…
I agree with peach fuzz it looks way more complicated than it needs to be, how often do you plan on doing a reservoir change I do a complete drain every seven days 20 gal. 4 plants . 120+ gallons of nutrients seams to be a waste of time and money for 5 plants
There are two pumps in the containers nearest the barrels, they pump to the side barrels, center barrel that pumps it back to the pots on top of the containers.
I do have an ac unit on top of the water barrel.
I sprouted the seedlings in net pots before transferring them to this hydroponic system, just to test out if it was this system that had the problem, I have a 8×8 inch hyroponic system that I test with!
