Don’t think so. I think they just pick strains at random.
Maybe @ILGM.Support has more.

No list or schedule that I’m aware of. Seems like there is usually something on sale, but if you check around holiday weekends there’s usually several strains on sale.

We do not publish the schedule, but we do have sales around most major holidays. Critical Mass was on sale in May, and will be on sale in November.
