Second grow. Granddaddy Purple😈

Thanks man! Do you think the top will grow lots more than the bottom of the plant? Will it be fine if I don’t tie down to the top?

I think they look great and would let them ride for a bit.. remind me are these autos or photos?

Greetings, son.
They look great. As you can see topping causes a rounded appearance of colas to come up.
Don’t tie any down anymore but keep the bud sites exposed to the light. The will grow upwards to be nice colas.
Once you get some height on the stretch you can clean up the lower third.
Looks nice, you will have a better harvest.

Thanks man ! Will do! Won’t tie down the top! Are the ones tied down alright fine?

Trying my best lol! Coming along ok I think!

Adjust all to get a even canopy all level across the top even. Let them raise to level. Once they flower and stretch you want that level top. Watch your height and your lux settings. They are nice plants.

Up date on pics now I finally got some seeds to pop 1 Grease Gun 2 Blue Dream. Still got a runt Face Fat, at 3 weeks still clawing its way into the world. Move out my big tote DWC for another time, because I had the runt Fat Face in it and changed it to soil. The big tote ended up being 9 gallons to do a water change of distilled water at $1.39 a gallon every week.
My 2 DWC at 5 weeks are doing well, fed everyone yesterday. Placed my tie down screens in place for the future LST training in the soil pots.
Bryce you got some nice girls coming along.

Dang man! Those look beautiful! Can you explain to me a bit about the 5 gal bucket with the felt pot in it? Just noticed it and I haven’t seen anything like it.

They are looking good! In my opinion GP2 is looking good with almost all nodes the same height. I’m sure she will produce some nice buds!
This is the ā€œadvertisedā€ picture of the bud.

The buckets are my idea. I buy Rain Science 5 gallon bags. I cut out a plastic 5 gallon bucket to hold the Rain Science 5 gallon bag inside of in. I bolt the bag a long the edges with 8/32 bolts washers and nuts to hold it in place. I leave two 3 inch wide strips from the bottom to the top.

I can attach other traing devices to them for my larger plants if I decide to grow the biguns.

I forgot, the cutting out is to get air all around to the roots
That is the point of the Rain Science bags is that they provide good air to the roots for better root development and better healthier plants.

I got you know! And it sure does looks like it works great!
Most of your ideas are pretty good.
Since you have good ideas. What are some ideas you have about what I can do for LST? I listed some reference pictures for you to look at because I’m having a problem with the yarn lol. It works great. But when I go to water it makes it kinda difficult to water. Now I have a pressurized plant water thing that I pump air into and i squeeze the trigger to let the water out.

Your plants are looking good. Your height issue from the last grow looks taken care of this time..

Okay I will mix in a regular gallon an then just transfer each gallon to the mister.

And I’m beginning to get the hang of it. Defoliation and LST. I knew I could do it. Always had that attitude.

Just got fired from my job the other day for something I didn’t even do so right now I’m going to focus on that. 20 yr old these days it’s hard as hell to find a job. I’ve applied to so many and even with experience in welding/carpentry/ construction/ forklift license. I guess it doesn’t matter to any employer these days if you are young.

Greetings, son.
Prayers for you to find a good job. Remember God always has a reason to give you something better, trust in him.
To bad you can move down to the Richmond Va area. Lots of jobs in a big area. Head hunters are always contacting me at 70 yrs old. Plenty of welding sheet metal jobs. Problem is you have to travel in most places. Piss tests are required as well.
Prayers for a timely job.

Do you think I should keep the tip that goes into the liquid? It’s kinda like a strainer. I know there’s salts or whatever at the bottom of the gallon that I swish around with the little bit of the water I have left over and then pour directly into the pot to get it all out.

I am not understanding what are you sharing with the pic, and are the showing and the gallon you say you have salts in the bottom.

I’m just saying in general. When I mix up all the nutrients there are particles kinda like salt at the bottoms but is like brown and black. When I normally water it stays at the bottom of the gallon. I’m asking if should leave this strainer at the bottoms of the compressed air mister. That part that I sent a picture of is what goes into the water. I can take it out or leave it in. I think I’m going to just take it out

Just as long as it doesn’t allow trash to get in side the sprayer head.
Prayers for you to get a good job. Been praying and thinking of you often since you told us. Be at peace. You got some nice plants they ought to be starting to smell a bit by going into early flower.

Yes yes, they do start to smell pretty nice. I like to open my tent sometimes and just stare at the plants. They truly bring me peace.

I’m really looking into this job here in town. It’s called Braun Ambulances. Another welding place in town called ā€œElmcoā€. Really just waiting to hear back.
