Leave it on donāt disturb that top ever again what happens donāt train it just leave it grow. If it makes it through the night and it doesnāt shrivel up it will make it. I panicked on mine my first grow and hell raiser calmed me down. You do the same.
Tape it up you could use a straight pin and any kind of tape.

Work with small stuff donāt give up if you have juice coming out of the main stem it is still sending up fluids. If you have to recut both ends to achieve flow.

Either this plant will recover from this or it wonāt. Nothing I can do about it now.

The plant will not die it may even top again. It has not flowered yet. But it will not die just keep on keeping on.

Donāt worry you will still get a nice harvest off of it. I got tired of not getting seeds to germinate so I soaked 10 and guess what darn if they all didnāt germinate. So I gave 6 away. Sometimes you are able to have things your way and sometimes not. Just enjoy the beneficial hobby. I gave them to a buddy that grows outside. He always has good luck until bud rot gets him. He looks like he will get a pound or two but ends up with maybe 7 ounces of so,so grade harvest. He is to trifling to grow in side and he has places to do it but will not listen to me. So he bitches and moans.
Just hang in there, this is why I grow autos, if they donāt go my way I start a new grow.

You got some nice looking plants and they look very healthy and donāt worry about harvest, you will do I feel a little better even topping you girl with your mishandling.
Proceed on you will be surprised by how nature overcomes. Keep them bud sites open, you can tuck or cut a fan leaf if they donāt behave. But at the last resort do I cut one if a string cannot clear the way. Once they stretch you can start the lower third trim. Next time send side views so the height can be seen as well.

I havenāt been able to get on here but I started 2 more NL. This is where Iām at currently. Iām not sure if Iām doing LST correctly 
Iām using nutes according to the FF soil schedule. I planted the tap rooted seeds on March 10th.
What do you think or suggest?

You have the LST going on well. A little coaching. You need to take some pressure off of them and get them out of the dirt.
Take the staples off of them and let it rise up a bit. With no air flow underneath they will rot and get diseases. Let the bud limbs up a bit.
