Howdy, I have the white widow auto flower feminized seeds. Need to k ow the hours of light, if I need to winterise as it’s an auto flower and ideal ph . First grow was a struggle with very little to show at the end . Thanks in advance
Nice you got a harvest everything will only get better from here , do definitely need some planificación , but you got the idea
this was my first harvest in December - now this is my second go looking betterNice mate , looks the goods now
So do u jave ph meter and ppm meter and what kind of nutes are you using. Are u able to give a slight watering to the plants atleast once a day of so i would say get u some canna coco bricks and go from there. Requires more watering unless u have auto pots or what not. Ut coco make a hell of a nice grow and seems a bit quicker and fastsr than soil. Jave. O soil or dirt smells at all in the batbroom using coco and so far not a 1 deficiency and it is already 2 to 3 weeks in flower. What nites are u planning on using also
I agree coco turned my dry winter grow(average humidity 30%) into monsters even growing them purely organically grown 20/4 seed to harvest average ph at 6.0 and experimented with 6.2 during flower to slightly better results to pure 6.0 all throughout I got 1 ounce out of each my runty blue dreamatic and exotic devil cream(which I accidentally harvested early but I ve read they’re not particularly great producers anyways so that’s pretty average) I’m expecting 2.5+ from the back right bubblegum and 3.5+ from the green crack back left
I have a ph meter that I leave in the pot and one to test the water. Using coco this time
first grow was so stressful, hopefully be a lot better this time roundThey look awesome
Our profile pics look so similar. Lol. Hard to tell til u zoom in and see t h e sword in urs lol. Plants looking nice bud. Only 3 standing in the room now. Chopped all down but 3. Got 4 autos started 1 is 2 to 3 weeks in flower the others only like 2 weeks old maybe. Giving coco a run with all plants but 2 gonna be hydro 1 auto and 1 photo in hydro all the rest canna coco and jacks 321. The hydro im gonna use my gh nutes so they are not sitting going to waste have a gallon of the trio might as well use it up
Scrap the soil ph meter unless you want to compare. They are generally unreliable. Moisture meters are ok.
If you will be growing in coco I suggest studying / reading up on coco, seedlings in coco, and you have nutrients designed specifically for coco. Having grown in soil, I am now preparing for my first coco grow so I am putting in some time up front to avoid as many beginner errors as I can This an ILGM grow article / guide on coco How to Grow Cannabis with Coco Coir - ILGM. I would also recommend coco for cannabis.
The major benefit of coco is its ability to facilitate rapid growth. This is accomplished in part do the need to frequently water & fertilize. This vigorous growth demands a high quality light to support the growth. Evaluate your light situation to see if it is adequate to supply what your plants and space need. If not, down size space & number of plants or add lighting.
Coco is not really bad to do at all. My first grow in coco and its going rather well. Almost no signs of any deficiencies. The plant growth rate is remarkable. The buds are growing what seems to be almost twice as fast as they did in soil. The only downfall is if u dont have auto pots to self water u have to water the coco a bit nore to keep it moist. I do a super good soak down and the seelings can go a day or 2 without. The bigger they get the faster they dry. But so far i just jumped in watching others go at it and its great so far. Im sure i have more to learn with it but so far i wont complain at all
Agree with need for good lights to keep up with the growth?
I have a one pot XL system to be put to work when the space where it is going opens up. Trial run with one to see where it takes me.
Thanks everyone for your input, I’ll do some more reading and when the girls sprout I’ll be ready to grow
My firsts attempts was with hydroponic growing, it was hard I gave up halfway, change to soil , doing a lot better
