Runtz Autoflower, indoor, yellos leaf tips &

I live in Mexico. Humidity has been around 70+%. Daytime 82+/-, night mid 60’s.
I filled my pots with 30% crushed coco, a scoop of fertilizer & filled with soil I bought from local nursery. My gardener said my fertilizer was mostly pig manure. Mixed thoroughly.
I have 2 plants in a 3x3 grow room, good lighting, ventilation & circulation.
1 plant has taken off but has a number of leaves with yellow tips. The other has not branched out, not near as tall & looks like a straight bud. Water every 3 days or when I feel it is dry. Do I have to much nitrogen from the fertilizer or??? My 2nd grow with the Runtz & last year I asked my gardener for a flowering fertilizer powder. Killed 1 plant & hurt 2 more of the 4 I had. Last turned out beautiful. Your thoughts, Ideas & suggestions are appreciated.

Seeds were planted 2 months ago today. Upper leaves on yellowing tips are fine. Thanks.

The first pic looks like it either needs some potassium (potash) or it is being locked out due to PH not in range or too much of another nutrient like nitrogen possibly from the pig manure?
Was the manure composted before incorporating into soil?

It also may be showing some phosphorus issue as well with the tips crispy and curling back.

How far into flower are you?

The fertilizer I bought at Home Depot, listed all the nutrients. All was mixed in a wheelbarrow prior to putting in pots. Thank You.
