. Until i found this place i thought weed like that was just in the movies.
I remember being a kid and watching pineapple express and seeing those plants and thinking wow that would be so cool to grow your own weed! But i thought the setup in the movie was to good to be true. Honestly i believe yours and @Low @MadamCalamity grows far surpassed the movie set up 
Heck i can think of 10 grows on here id rather have
Happy Easter Abu…ain’t it the truth…wish I had an in, out in Hollywood…movie sets would have way more and better looking weed…my favorite was the swimming pool in Cheech and Chong…never thought I was going to be able to fill my yard with pot trees 
… I learned a good deal about growing actual weed trees from some buddies out in s.Oregon…these little buds won’t hold a candle to what can be done outside…swear Bro…they will be a twig on the limb that holds a real bud…well maybe not a twig… but a tree with maybe 50 of them on it…biggest plants I’ve ever seen…and it can be duplicated anywhere with a good Growing season…anyway I am sampling way to much product while I work…been cutting and hanging for 13 1/2 hrs…Happy Growing
I think the roots original will buffer to about 6 anyway. This is typically what i buy when needing organic potting soil, and i usually set ph at about 6. I’m not sure if my use is proper for it but I know it works. You can probably dig around on the web or maybe their website and see what they recommend.
Since i switched to Roots i have never had any Ph issues. In fact (knock on wood) i haven’t had any issues at all.

I love mine! I have the se 3000. This is only my second grow but i yielded well over 1lb in a 27x27 tent with one plant 
. May not ever be able to do it again lol. So far ive only reached 80% on the dimmer switch this grow and its about all she can handle. This is the only light ive ever had so im kinda biased .
I have a 4x4 i was going to try 2 of the 1000 or 2000 series

Spider Farmer makes an excellent light. Can I make a recommendation ? I bought a Phlizon 9600 , to cover a 4x4 area. . This light is 41"×41"…and covers a 4x4 beautifully…I was happy with it so I bought 2 more of them. They retail for $459…but…I contacted the company and purchased mine for $418…with free delivery. Very good savings on very good equipment . They have Samsung diodes , full spectrum, 3456 LED’S. Good Luck in all your endeavors. Happy Growing

Seams like with lights you get what you pay for lol. I dont know much about brand names or what makes a good light a good light. I know spider farmer makes an “S” series and a “G” series. The s ones have Samsung diodes and the g is another brand. I went with the s because ive always had good luck with Samsung devices lol.
Im gunna let the professionals take it from here lol. Thats about all the light info i got .
Hours and hours of scouting, map reading, studying trail cam pics and learning how they navigate these hills and hollers has came down to this.

I know there area few exceptions but I feel this way as well. Some of these light manufacturers aren’t exactly the most honest, and there is often more to consider beyond the performance specs.
Iv learned to not trust what i read cause ppl are more biased than knowledgeable sometimes i been useing shop lights i get maybe 3 ounces im ready to see what i can realy grow i have money i just dont wanna make anymore unwise decisions lol
