You know a Growmie could be feeling a little low till he gets on here and gets the support, Outstanding job Growmies. 12 harvested today. Tents getting low. Really want to finish them then clean better and run my ionizer in there to kill everything.
Hot again Central air died needs a sniff to get going. Tomorrow’s attempt, house is staying at around 82 with the fans.
Any ac specialist out there. Could ask a few questions about the pressures on a central air unit. Good night Growmies

I’m no expert but I do all my own work
First question what type of unit and what freon does it use?
Take a picture oof the tag it should show what freon it uses
The older units run R22 newer units R410a
Explain what the unit is doing or not doing are the lines freezing unit not turning on etc

Hey there Brother thank you for getting back. I get at wits end ,ive watched my friend do it but still not the same. Anywho i reached into my goodies bag and my buddy who does it for a living is going to come and see what we can do. It has a small leak he.mentioned a stop leak, new to me duh. He said he can vacate it and see if we can find the leak. If he can he said nitrogen can be used instead of the R22. I have a 30lb cannister that was given to me.
Hoping for positive results. Old house holds her heat and humidity. Have all.my lights turned down it got to 90 in the tent with out the lights on. Cooled off last night. 1/2 of rain. Thank you again will know more later. Much appreciated

Use of nitrogen is for checking for leaks, you would be better off putting dye in the system so you won’t have to evacuate the freon still in the system (unless you have a recovery unit) it’s a waste, once you find the leak it will need to be done but then you can schedule it for when the weather is cooler
If you have the gauges and freon see what system pressures are at and we can go from there

I appreciate that my buddy does it for a living so i was grasping at wht he said this morning todays a better day but ill know after lunch. I know he said he can vacant if needed. Ill go over yonder.

Afternoon update. So last week the neighbors called the Sheriff on the other neighbors for being loud and obnoxious, while she was calling i had gone over and yelled from say 1000 ft or so to please turn the music down, and they did. Zoning officer and deputy were cool, fast forward this morning again this time i might have said what was on my mind. Then the troopers are knocking on door wanting to ask me some questions. He was cool also he was like ive been over there never here. Whats up. I told him what i said he asked did you threaten them lol no sir i did not I just told her what i thought. Were dealing with domestic terrorists. Country living should be peaceful. So the first responding trooper asked about my old truck. I mentioned Alabama ready for this, him and his father have bought from the same guy. Lol he showed me pictures lol. I showed him some things and sold him some parts. He asked about the bent original grill that hung on the wall. Is that wall art no not really you want it. How much he asked. I told him that they delt with me decent he could have it. Side note that its kind of interesting for them to comment on how nice my garden looked as we walked by. Lol central air is repaired. I forget that others can help to, it was a great thing for my buddy to come and fix me.
