@brownsfan100 . I struggled with the right spot to start them. Have them in the eggcubator. Ididhave a care package sent to try micro dosing. I like the results so im pushing on steadily, in looking forward to the addition to my meds.

Yes .05 i have a chart. I tried to do a capsule and a half not sure on that but 1 a day did make a noticeable difference. Hard to explain

One of my first nicknames was Zoomer, I seen houses breathing and trees reaching for me but the coolest was my legs melting. We got liberty caps, lbms, blue nips, and some tiny thing with a grey blue cap and stem like thread a gram is like 10 of them. Thats the stuff that made my legs melt

I taĺked with Rog this morning @Retiredoldguy problem is I take hostages, love chewing the fat about anything that pops in my sponge. Lol. So remember some of ya have only been chatted with my thumb. Talking is a different avenue. Used to be an instructor now i only have MrsBoo and Barney to talk with, unless i get a call. Yeah, the samples I sent were using the Stamets Stack. I notice a difference that’s very difficult to explain. I like to say it’s like you 're smiling on the inside yet you don’t hae a smile/grin on your face… y
