Repotted Saturday

This is where I need help. Ph is 6.2. Fox Farm Soil in 5 gallon cloth pots. The plants after repotted started to look yellow but seems like the green is returning. I really don’t want to kill these plants so, I turned the light down to 38%.
Any suggestions now so I have some healthy plants? I’m unsure of why the stems are so purple…

Fox farm soils are pretty hot with nutrients so no need for that for around 4-6 weeks. What is that on your soil, did you add something to fox farm. Is the soil Happy Frog?

Definitely want to get that relative humidity up. 40s is way too low for this stage. I like my temps to be 75° - 80° and 65% RH in veg w/ auto’s

Once you get into flower drop your relatives humidity to 50% and your temperatures to 72°

That is a potting mixture that I started the seeds in. I transferred everything when I repotted. I didn’t want to add extra stress on the plants. Next time I will be planting in dirt with coca…

Yes, it’s Happy Frog. The gnats followed it.

The only time I used happy frog I had gnats… I found out that the suppliers that sell the product and stores it outside you cn expect those kinds of problems. I have a friend who has a hydro store and stores his on the inside because of that.

Thank you for your direct and simple instructions. I’ve read many of your postings and have to say this to you, I 100% admire your commitment to this lovely hobby. Your ability to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate plant drama is extremely impressive! You don’t have to wait to master this, you’ve arrived! Honestly, you may want to instruct! You certainly have my attention. As for your advice, I do appreciate it and I’m working on increasing the humidity. All I know is that I am getting a tent. It is really difficult to increase and keep a 200 SF room at 65-70RH.

Thanks John7. You’ve proved that I’m not certifiably crazy. People just look at me when I’ve said my observations on the gnats out loud! Thanks for that!

WOW, :kissing_closed_eyes: I didn’t expect that one. I am totally flattered you made my week. Thank you for the kind words. Just trying to add a small contribution to what was so freely given to me in the past. This is a wonderful hobby and there should be no hidden gem secrets. Everybody should have the right to grow correctly. You’re doing a good job keep it up

Hello Lost Girl. I have a question for you. Your opinion would be greatly valued by me! Firstly, they have grown a bit since the last entry and I do appreciate the advice you gave. Second, why do I have only 3 fingers? Did I do something incorrectly would you know?
Spider Farmer 301H EVO 1000W 24" above plant top. It was higher but I dropped it after I read something and it looks like the plants appreciated it.
Also, when is LST started and is it necessary?
Thanks in advance!
Oh yeah, the RH looks low but I had to shut the humidifier off to take the photo.

DOME it to get RH up and prevent splashing.

I would drop your light to about 16 inches or so and dim it down to maybe 25% or 300-400ppfd and then slowly turn the intensity up every few days. If you haven’t already I would download the Photone app for your phone to dial in your light intensity. Best few $’s I spent. 3 leaves is normal this early on, as far as LST… that’s done to create an even canopy of branches so that everything gets the same amount of light. That’s done by training and tieing branches down or bending . Then there’s topping the main center to allow for the others to catch up a bit more and gaining an extra branch. Clear solo cup sprayed a few times a day will bring up the rh.

Works well.

Hey @Lostgirl !
I just listened to you and look, sorry it’s a bit blurry, IT HAS 5 FINGERS! Do an Audiobook or a Podcast or think about it, please. It’s something to do with the way you give an opinion I think. I know! Be an instructor on an on-line cannabis program or think about it. I swear to God, I am horrible when, even when I ask for input, anyone provides their opinion. I usually find some non-sense in it and stay in the problem. You leave no room for doubt! Thank you so much as this growing attempt is very important to me and I’m going to blame you when these ladies are 6 feet high, INSIDE!
Oh yeah, every one is wonderful here on this Forum and I hope singling you out is an acceptable practice. I just felt like I hit the Jackpot this morning when I saw the extra 2 fingers on the new leaf!
Thanks everyone…

I think I’m going to cry. Nope, that’s a tear I’m crying. :smiling_face_with_tear: Thank you so much for the kind words. It’s people like you that inspire me I’m truly glad that your problem worked itself out and you got the girl back on track that’s the most important thing. Take your time it’s a lot to learn and there’s a long way to go.

It’s funny I just retired yet I still don’t have a lot of time on my hands. A lot of people say that I should do a YouTube channel or something not just with cannabis growing with lots of hobbies. I’m still learning myself. Any knowledge that I have is never a secret. I so freely give what was freely given to me at the end of the day we’re all in this for the same thing and no one should be deprived of help. This is a great forum with tons of genuine people on it. You’re in the right place and we got your back :heavy_heart_exclamation:

******This is what you posted buddy *****
Well, I have 5 finger leaves but look at her. Why the droopy leaves? I took the clear gallon water container domes I made off of them. I’m in NY and the temperature did drop last night yet it didn’t get below 72 in my home. I haven’t really watered that much while they have been under their domes. I have the space heater running again, stopped the humidifier and am hoping for the best. I did give them both 150cc’s of water because the soil was on the dry side.
SOS! I don’t want to lose these girls.
Thanks in advance!
Amy

Since I posted this text incorrectly, I didn’t mean to hijack anything, I gave them both a 150cc drink of water and they look a little bit better.
I added to new pictures…

@SirBuddy

I think I need a little more information from the very beginning.

1.) Tell me what kind of soil you’re in.
2 how old are they
3. Are you only feeding them water
4. You are currently using humidity domes made out of plastic cartons correct?
5 what kind of water are you using to feed them
6 these are alto flowers correct?
7 other than the droopiness you’re having no other problems correct
