HLG gave me a great deal so I had to buy it. I’m going to set it up on my next grow. Should I purchase the UV to go with it or will I be fine without it? I am currently using 2 Mars hydro upgraded ts1000’s for 2 plant’s In a 4x4x8 room and i feel I need a little more punch.

I would do your research first but i personally have and use 2 of the hlg uva bars and think they are great. I use them in veg and flower until the last 2-3 weeks then i switch to UVB

The ts-1000 is what? About 150w at the wall? The 600 is pushing the whole 600 give or take a few watts.
Honestly I think the upgrade will pay dividends by itself. But adding some uvA for veg (seeing as how its an R Spec light) wouldnt hurt at all. And uvB is always welcome in flower like @BigCat420 stated.
