Im going to spring for a bit of Jacks…Gonna give it a try…I know I can get even more out of my grows…Im pushing for excellent…Ive reached pretty good…to really good…but as anyone who strives for better…I wanna grow even better buds…Each season I’m tweaking nutes and methods and strains… Im exited to try Jacks…Lets see what happens…

Totally understand the customer service concerns. Even if on the road I personally would assign someone to man the phones. I am like you. Only takes 1 customer service issue for me to abandon a company. great products require great service. That being said the product still has great reviews here. I am living soil myself and do not use it.

That’s what I was gonna say. I’ve never tried any other method of contacting them, but email always got a quick reply. Every time they answered they gave me way more information than I asked for. They also asked me to message them back about how different things I was trying worked out. Honestly the difference in price for still effective nutrients would be enough for me if customer service was nil.

My First Time Trying Jack’s i been using FF Trio , They have a cannabis representative on there website, that you can text any questions, I got a answer pretty fast , I like the way my plant’s look useing it so far , not complaining about Fox Farms i produced some fine Buds, This is alot cheaper and i like water soluble better than the liquid i got the outdoor and bloom food, next year I may get the big bag it will last forever, Everything Costs so much I’m trying to save money best I can

I’m a new grower for sure so my experience is limited, but so far I’ve had great results with GH, I use the 3 part throughout veg and then a couple other GH products at the end, I’m always amazed and laugh when I mix everything because my ph is always in range and holds pretty steady at 6.4-6.5, and it’s cheap!!! Just my 2 cents
I’ve read a lot of positive comments on this site about jacks and I know I will try it eventually when I get bored. But good luck and I absolutely love this site for help and some interesting reads.

I found the same thing. They’re impossible to get someone on the phone. I had better luck emailing them. They were very helpful through email.

Im with you on this. If they cant help a customer over the phone then dont post a number for people to call. To many options out there to have bad cs.
