Do you think it’s time to re-pot this baby? There are a couple of small roots just starting to come out the bottom, or should I wait 'till it’s root-bound? This is my first soil grow.

if roots are growing out the bottom I would re pot…root bound can lead to bad things.

That looks like healthy plant, If you have a another home for it then I would transplant so the roots can start establishing in their new home. Just be careful not to over water.

Thanks all. The pot is 5.5" diam. and 5" tall. It is exactly twelve days old since germination. I’m pleased with it’s progress. Will transplant tomorrow!
Yes repot let her dry out so all soil stays together how high and what type of lighting she looks a little streched out could just be the angle

Yah, she is a bit stretched, good observation. I had her outside during sunny days but it got too hot and she was stressing. So I have it inside with a single cfl and after transplant will crank up the LED. Do need the stem to thicken for sure.

Yes as everyone has said transplant her if you have hydrogen peroxide one tsp Root stimulate one tsp and liquid Thrive one tsp
This mix mix with gal. Of water will help keep her from going into transplant shock.
Also put a small fan near her so that her leaves just start to move. This will help to strengthen her stem.
