I’m going to say.. yes
Can you get pictures of the trics? Better indicator, looks can fool you on the cannabis.

Get a close up scope shot of the trichs and you’ll get a more defined answer.

A shot like this will do…

I see some clear and some cloudy. Do you know how many weeks in flower she is?

Can you get a few more pics just for comparison

It looks like most of the pistils have retracted and turned brownish. Chances are she’s ready. But a trichomes check would tell you better…

I was going to tag the gang but I’d figured y’all would find me lol.

That’s what I was thinking everything looks retracted and tight which usually equals ready but we all know the games the cannabis plays

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like you have bugs bro. Aphids perhaps.
Beautiful pink color on the buds though!

You are correct, when moved a couple of small flying insects take flight. Did not want to spray anything. I assume they will parish when I pull the plant to dry?

I wouldn’t count on the problem solving itself. I have never dealt with pests in late flower so probably a question for @kaptain3d or another highly experienced grower on this forum.

To start you should try and get closer pictures to identify what insects you are dealing with…that will help alot.

You need to close your eyes and count to ten, so we can all hide! :winking_face_with_tongue:

Thank you, but I’m not quite that good yet.
The persons I would ask would be : @Low , @Budbrother and @dbrn32

Most of the bugs would be taken care of by a thorough bud wash after harvest. But if you want to do something while in flower, I would wait for those friends to answer. :+1:

Looks good to me.I think she’s ready to hang.

Are these critters toxic or something? Even if dead bugs reside on dried buds, would burning them up while smoking present some kind of danger?

Maybe dangerous if they are bed bugs!

Maybe a new strain Bug Kush

Guess you have to excuse me, I am an old fart. Sixty years ago in Hawaii we were putting together things like Maui Wowie, Manoa Madness and Kahuku K-Boom. Also boiling our leaves and making butter for “See God Now” cookies which were Christmas gifts sent all over the country. I often get amazed at the technical nature of growing nowadays…but it is impressive and the product is consistant.

I have only used spinosad on flowering plants that I remember. This is available from a few manufacturers but captain jacks deadbug is a common one.

There’s other stuff available, you just have to be careful as things like neem oil are safe but if you spray on flowering plants it will completely ruin the taste.

That’s pretty much all I know of

@Caligurl might have ideas too
