These 2 Pineapple Express plants have been growing since April. I had to bring them in yesterday because the temp was going to drop below freezing at night. I took these pictures as well using my new microscope. Anyone have a good estimate on harvest time? Trichomes are milky white but there’s no amber. Do I need amber?
Trichomes need to be sampled from flower calyx and not sugar leaves.
Hi, @kconnelly224 These last 4 pic’s are of the flower I 'm guessing? If it is your close as there starting to turn now. They turn fast when they start. Maybe a week at most. Others might say 2 weeks. I don’t like a lot of amber but that’s just me. I’m sure others will chime in and give you their thoughts. Happy harvest.

Not sure what you’re looking for in Amber production. But you were definitely in my window of chopping. I like mostly cloudy and a few clear and a handful of Amber you’re definitely passed that

I harvested my plant last night. I didn’t get as much as I was hoping for, but, I’ll take what I got.
I removed almost all of the fan leaves and left the sugar leaves.
I really don’t have anywhere that’s dark (yet) to hang them 24/7. I had to get creative when it came to hanging the branches. - I hope it works! Going for 60/60rh.
I moved my humidifier in that space because the number was way too low this morning.
