Randy's Trek 2.0 Combustible Dry Herb Vape

Thanks for the info @blackthumbbetty I wanted to try a flower vape out so I bought a cheap $20 one, It’s a POS. Eventually I need to get a good one. Pretty sure I’d like it if it works. Do they smell as much as having a pipe in your pocket?

The one I bought is not what would be considered a good vape by vape lovers, but it’s doing a very specific job for me. This one does smell.

I had a Vapium Summit, which didn’t smell like burnt weed, but it did smell a bit like regular weed and kinda dabby, that’s for sure. They make smell proof pouches for pieces, too.

This is my little vape, with 3 temps , you get a good few hits out of it. But it does need charging daily. Haven’t used it in a while, but after reading this thread , I had to go put it on charge.

My dynavap has a dugout to carry it and some bud. You can smell the bud in my pocket even in the dugout. And it still smells like you smoked afterwards but the smell dissipates rather quickly compared to smoking. So discreet is pretty hard to come by with super stinky bud. If you truly need no smell I’d suggest one of the smell proof cases to carry whatever device and some bud. I picked one up just for keeping the smell down and they work great.

Thanks :+1: I don’t normally vape. I’m an old fashioned pot smoker :grin: I have a smell proof bag I bought recently. I need a smell proof pocket :joy::thinking:… anyway, it would be nice to have something for flowers in my pocket I could discreetly hit occasionally without others smelling it.

I suppose I’ll work on a smell proof pocket. My old fashioned one hitter with a dug out I guess works good for now.

I like the idea of a removable pocket liner that’s got carbon to block smell. Might need to work on that. The small one hitters are best for public. They’re quick to use and easy to hide. That’s what I liked about the dynavap. I was already used to the one hitter dugout method so easy swap. Plus it tastes better.

@Drinkslinger that’s funny. :joy:

Me, too! Which is why I like that if I’m sick of vaping, I can just hit the button longer and smoke it like a Blunt. I love smoking weed! Vaping is ok, but I like fire. I do like vapes for being self-contained. I like to smoke and walk/kayak/drive/etc, so if I can do it on the go and one handed, I’m very happy. At home, I smoke my bong, mostly. On the go, I do blunts. Hoping this will be a good medium for sneaking smokes at work, when I can’t get away to smoke a whole blunt.

Haha :laughing: too funny :grin:

I solely vaporize, dry herb mostly through PAX-3, and concentrate extract rosin through Kind Pen Dream.

My wife prefers blunts so that’s what I roll for her, she will vaporize if convenient and needs to be incognito.

But I really just like smoking flower. Bowls, joints, you name it.

Btw, it does vape cartridges, too!

After 2 months, I give this thing 2 very big thumbs up! For what it is and how much it cost, it’s a great smoking tool. I highly recommend it.
