But do the buds need to be dried in the pure Dark during there whole drying faze?

Light degrades THC so keeping them out of the light is important…but there is always some background light where I dry.

Ive dried in darkness and I’ve dried in my tent with lights on i honestly see no discernable difference light degrades OVER TIME its not instantaneous and the amount of time that takes is longer than the drying process with that said definitely always cure and store in the dark

Mostly dark works, just not in direct light. Like sun shining through a window or similar. That will speed up your dry time a bit much.

The reasonong behind complete dark or as dark as possible is more geared toward a slow dry. With no lights, you can more easily hit the 60ºF mark and that with the 60% RH, it gets us in the window of a 10-14 day dry which is best case. My dries usually go from 7-10 days. I have never made it to 14 days.
