A week to dry out sounds about right.
You can move the small seedling to its final home whenever you like – time of day won’t matter. Water afterward to remove small air pockets. Use 6.5 pH water (of course) and measure the runoff’s pH and EC. If there isn’t any runoff, water some more until there is.
Because that seedling’s stalk is so tall, you can make the hole deep enough to bury half of it. That’s what I’d do, anyway.

The saucers catch runoff and the risers prevent the bottom of the grow bags from soaking in it. You needn’t buy the same ones, of course, but you’ll want to find a way to accomplish the same things.
