Do you remove the outside wrapper on the 4x4 cubes

I do l figure it allows for better air absorption.

I remove mine when i make clones for the same reason

Depends on how you’re using. If you’re gonna have it buried in hydroton or similar media is acceptable to remove it. But if you’re planning on having it exposed standard practice is to leave it on.

Removing it when exposed to light will cause algae to grow on it and it also helps maintain the root mass within the cube.
