Question about lighting

I would like to know what kind of lights I can use for the sides. I have a 1000w led full spectrum above but would like to add some lights for the sides. RDG1951

You can use T5 fixtures, which is what I do. Or even smaller LED fixtures would work great.

Okay ty what would you suggest about what size LED. Maybe 150 oe 300w on
both sides?

If you are already running 1000 W LED I know you can get the brand like I have 75 bucks each Meizhi 300watt led off amazon I had never grown indoors before and just happen to buy these lights and have had very very good luck with them I’ve pulled some pretty big buds with these lights you’re more than welcome to check them out I have several journals I hope that helps

looking for. Ty my friend.

Anytime I would say they are very comparable to the Mars leds i’ve noticed a lot more people are starting to try the brand that I use I know @Oldstoner has had really good luck with his 450s he had purchased not a problem if you need help hit me up I’ll be happy to answer anything I can for you have a great day

It depends a great deal on the size room you have. The LED lights are great for a big grow room.

For smaller grow spaces another possible solution is to get some 350 watt equivalent 2.7K CFL lights and hang them in the space next to the plant. They produce a good light and you can keep it closer to the plant. That’s a BIG plus if your space is restricted. I used them on several grows and they worked well.

Just thought I’d add that on for you. Even the lower power LED’s require space between the plants and the light. Jerry
