I need advice on lighting I have looked at 1000w full spectrum led lights and 1000w hps/ms lights which would be better for better yields and bigger bud size ?

While you are waiting to hear from @dbrn32 could you put up some details of your grow?
Tent size, pot size, soil, media or hydro, photoperiod or autoflower, a general idea of your location for climate, ambient conditions in your grow area etc.

The typical 1000w led light you would find on Amazon won’t put the same amount of light into your space as a 1000 watt hps fixture. If you post size of your grow space I would be more than happy to make a couple of light recommendations.
I went with 1 1000w hps/ms light right now I have two plants in 5 gallon buckets and some seedlings in smaller pots my grow room is about 12ft x 15 ft I’m on only using about 6ft x 7ft of that space it is hard to heat it it is an exterior room of the house so the 1000w ms/hps light has helped with the heating issue still have it vented tho I have a fan that blows the heat away from the light and circulates it through the room

I went with 1 1000w hps/ms light did some deep research my grow room is hard to keep warm so the heat displacement from the light has helped tremendously I still have it vented tho I’m using a fan to blow the heat away from the light and circulate it throughout the room

I started out with auto flower seeds to see if I could grow indoors If these are successful i am going to try just feminized seeds next time I don’t have room to mess with regular seeds
