Hey what’s up mac I’m back with update I’m noticing still some defiency but it isn’t spreading quick to me it looked like it stopped spreading but she’s gotten bigger since last time we spoke I managed to save this one she’s looking good
That leaf looks like it was wet and dirty. That by itself can cause damage to leaves by allowing pathogens to take hold. Maybe even just if it is rubbing on the meter all the time could possibly damage leaves.
The rest of the plant is looking pretty good. I’d clean up the leaf. Check it to make sure you don’t have some mold or fungi on the leaf, if so remove it, and be careful not to be spreading it around by then touching other leaves without cleaning your hands first.
Look, no matter the expert, you can’t always tell everything from one picture or a small bit of info. This is why understanding the bigger picture is important. And then maybe you can have a better understanding of what the support ticket questions mean. You can at least add some of the answers to the questions in it that is relevant. Help us help you.

So I have her under 4 cool lights 2 on one side 2 on the other each bulb is 2090 lumens 6400k that’s goes for all of them I use fox farm soil I’m using botanicare pure blend pro gro for nutes I haven’t tested the ph in my soil yet but with nutes I’ve been feeding 1 tablespoon ph it to 6.5 and I’ve been watering less and so far so good I have her on a timer 18 on 6 off
1 tablespoon of your nutes? Maybe if it is a tablespoon per gallon, or per quart or per liter might give me a little better idea but these alone doesn’t mean a lot more to me unless I’m very familiar with your exact nutrient brand.
I don’t even want to know what brand, I can’t learn every single different brand out there. We need those numbers in EC or TDS/PPM. EC is EC no matter which balanced nutrient brand that has balanced NPK values and complete micro nutrients.
2,090 lumens alone doesn’t really mean a lot either because that has to do with a ratio the manufacturer is using to determine how bright you can expect it to illuminate at a certain space from the light. I would prefer the actual watts the light uses, and then we’d need to know the dimensions of your grow area and/or how large you expect to grow your plant, to be able to figure out if it is enough light for your needs.
6400K is important info, that is a good color to have for the veg period, It is also a good color to have if you can’t afford a second set of lights for flowering. 2700K is often used for flowering.
Hope this helps,

It does help and no problem I won’t tell you but to me all together I have 4000 lumens on each side and my bulb is 33 watts emitting 150 watts but they’re all 6400k
Light uses daylight my grow space is literally 4 floor tiles square floor tiles
I’m using Pure Blend Pro, at ~20ml per gallon of distilled water. Since I’m growing in coco, I also use 5ml / gallon of CalMag+, and 10ml / gallon of Liquid Karma.
For me, that drops the pH of my water down to ~4.8 or so, and I then use pH Up to bring it to between 5.5 - 5.8. (With soil vs coco, i believe the pH should be higher than what I have mine at)
I hope it works well for you. ![]()
Hey thanks and I haven’t Invested in a tds meter yet or soil ph tester but she looks like she’s doing good but she’s not even 6 inches long it’s been almost 2 months
Hey I have an update so remember I topped well I got two tops now
she’s still about 5 inches going on 6 and it’s been about almost 2 monthsHey mac I have a new update not looking good thought you could help I checked all possibility just don’t know wich one it is
I’m sorry, I’ve told you before a picture alone isn’t going to do much good.
They look about the same as in most of the other pictures and I still say temperature, TDS and pH could be an issue, if you can’t give me those numbers, I really don’t have anything much else to tell you other than what I’ve already told you above.
~MacG
You don’t need a soil pH probe if you have a pH meter, test the run-off or test the soil in the way I’ve already shown you in the links above. You would test the TDS of the run-off as well, or test the TDS also as described in Robert’s blog link and you-tube video above.

I have been collecting my run off its like 5.2 but the way I did it was ph my water to 6.5 threw it in the soil till it came down at the bottom I didn’t collect dirt from the bottom either she has alot of of roots at the bottom as well I checked it again and there’s alot of roots it seems like she went down instead of spreading I haven’t got a tds meter yet I do have my ph meter my temp keeps going to 90 last I checked was 100 for temp and humidity in the 40 50 I had two fans one messed up and I had her in organic soil then transplanted into fox farm wad that bad her tops did well
Yes, garden lime can work and help bring the pH up.
About 75F is about the hottest you want it getting, if at all you can help it. Ideal temps are about 70-75F
The run-off is way way too low at 5.2
If you are putting in 6.5 at the top, and 5.2 comes out the bottom, that is a difference of 1.3 and this means the pH in the root-zone is actually closer to a pH of about 3.9
Ideally, your pH and run-off should stay about the same, the same thing comes out the bottom as you put in the top. If your run-off’s TDS starts creeping too high, then you need to give plain water the next time, or next few times.

This process is highly stressful idk what to do so I added the lime the other day and that’s how I got the 5.2 how many times should I add lime and I cover my grow space but when I do that’s when I get those temps idk how to bring it low I put a wet towel in the space to create humidity and it helped me with the temp too but I want something more stable
I just read on the bag that it’s a slow release garden lime is that bad
You need to remove the hot air at the top of grow tent, exhaust fan and a supply fan at bottom. You do really need to read the grow bible or the guides.
Dude what does that have to do with my problem I have two fans amd the hot air isn’t going nowhere
