Preying mantis?

This looks like a baby preying mantis. I usually kill any bugs I see on my plants but don’t these guys eat other “bad” bugs so I should keep it around? Or maybe I’m wrong. Anyone have any knowledge or experience?

Got another pic of my little friend. He doesn’t look like he’s growing, so that’s probably a good sign lol!
