My tap water ppm is 18 is that ok? Can I use it an just ph to 6.5?
Your water is good from ppm standpoint. May not get accurate ph reading with ppm that low. 6.5 is pretty good for soil grow, if different media may need to be lower.

I’m using soil so should I let it sit for a while? I’ve been using distilled water but the store by me is all out(rural areas can suck at times)

Letting it sit out will off gas chlorine if you have municipal water. That is only gain i know of from letting tap water rest.

Well that’s something I thought it was to low for the plants I’m definitely a noob🤷‍♂️ so being that low equals good nutrition intake for feeding?

It just means you don’t have a lot of crap in your water. You have a clean slate to add what you want to it. What medium are you growing in?
Edit: I see you said soil, what soil are you using?

Ok Im going to give this tap a try should I cal-mag? I’m using Happy Frog mixed with perlite nothing major yet I do have some Nature’s Living Soil but ima add that next round.

Calmag at 5ml per gallon should do you well. Should also be under 100ppm so shouldn’t need to ph.

Ok hopefully they like this tap as much as I do lol. I’m almost 6 weeks into my first grow freak accident with my beautiful Auto AK Fem planted about a week or so after start up
So I started a Blue Amnesia Auto Fem 5/19 popped out of soil should I wait for her to catch up before I force these 3 bagseeds to show sex with 12/12 or is it still to early for the 3bagseeds still. Don’t really know how long they have been in veg. I know it’s alot lol Thank’s for the advice

@Breed89 was up man nice to see you plants healthy AF lmao down you pH to 6.0, 6.5 until 6.8 no more in you soil don’t worry about you ppm now you hpff soil have until week 4 so just control you pH that’s what I do and I’m in week 6 to week 7 and she is 4’ foot plant animal beast lmao I recommend you to do like that if you have a big tent so you have space to grow two beautiful fat girls

Yeah it’s good to use. You won’t need to adjust the ph with that low of ppms. There’s not enough solids in your water to hold a true ph. It will just adopt the ph of whatever it’s poured into. If you were to add nutrients to your water, then it’d need to be ph adjusted because you’ll have plenty of solids to hold onto ph.
